Hope Cemetery, Peru, Miami County, Indiana.4 Martha Ellen Jones, 72, Macy R. R. 1, died Friday in the St. Joseph Memorial Hospital, Logansport, following a three-month illness.
Funeral services were in the Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Robert Ashman officiating. Burial was in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
A retired Square D employe, she had lived in this vicinity most of her life.
Born June 22, 1899, in Miami County, she was the daughter of Jeremiah and Lola (Endsley) Ginney.
Her marriage in 1917 was to Hugh W. Smith, and he preceded her in death in 1948. In 1959, she was married to Martin L. Jones, who survives.
