     Paul Wilson Black was born on October 9, 1910 at Butler County, Missouri. He was the son of Robert Franklin Black and Edith Wilson Sparkman. Paul Wilson Black died on November 6, 1974 at Petersburg, Indiana, at age 64.

     Robert Franklin Black was born on June 1, 1877 at Thelma, Bartholomew County, Indiana. He was the son of David Harrison Black and Margaret Elvira Tarkington. Robert Franklin Black married, at age 25, Sidney Eliza Endsley, age 18, daughter of William Endsley and Sarah Emeline Daubenspeck, on Saturday, October 11, 1902 at Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, .¹ Robert Franklin Black married Edith Wilson Sparkman in 1908 at Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, . Robert Franklin Black died on September 5, 1957 at Qulin, Butler County, Missouri, at age 80. He was buried about September 7, 1957 at Sparkman Cementery, Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri.

     Robert Franklin Black was born on May 24, 1909 at Butler County, Missouri. He was the son of Robert Franklin Black and Edith Wilson Sparkman. Robert Franklin Black died on November 17, 1983 at Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, at age 74.

     Roger Sparkman Black was born on February 1, 1916 at Butler County, Missouri. He was the son of Robert Franklin Black and Edith Wilson Sparkman. Roger Sparkman Black died on March 2, 1996 at age 80.

     Samuel Scott Black was born in 1896 at Indiana. He was the son of David Harrison Black and Margaret Elvira Tarkington. Samuel Scott Black died in 1903 at Missouri.

     Sarah Ruth Black is the daughter of Robert Franklin Black and Edith Wilson Sparkman.

     Sue I. Black was born in 1887. She was the daughter of David Harrison Black and Margaret Elvira Tarkington. Sue I. Black died in 1943 at Missouri.

     Viola Eugenia Black was born in 1903 at Butler County, Missouri. She was the daughter of Robert Franklin Black and Sidney Eliza Endsley. Viola Eugenia Black died between September, 1918 and December, 1918 during the Flu Pandemic.

After her mother Siddie died in 1905 Dollie lived with various members of the Black Family, apparently most often with her Grandparents David and Margaret Black in the Poplar Bluff area. In 1918 her Aunt Minnie (Black) Jordan sent for her to move to Des Moines, Iowa, where she was to attend a Catholic school (St. Joseph Academy). Minnie had objected to Dollie living with her father Robert Black because Robert's wife was a protestant. She died after attending the Catholic school for a few months.

She had red hair and would "pitch fantastic tantrums" according to stories told within the Black family.¹

     Allen Blacklidge was born on November 3, 1891 at Rush County, Indiana.^2,1,3 He was the son of William Marshall Blacklidge and Olive C. Thrasher. Allen Blacklidge was graduated in 1915 from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture.⁴ He died in September, 1975 at Rush County, Indiana, at age 83.⁵

     William Marshall Blacklidge was born in December, 1843 at Indiana.² He married, at age 36, Olive C. Thrasher, daughter of Woodson Walker Thrasher and Barbara Daubenspeck, on Wednesday, November 24, 1880 at Fayette County, Indiana, .

     Dale Alpheus Blackman was born on June 5, 1910 at Marion, Grant County, Indiana.¹ He married, at age 27, Verna Delight Hahn, age 25, daughter of Franklin R. Hahn and Ethel May Overman, on Friday, May 13, 1938 at Shirley, Hancock County, Indiana, .¹ Dale Alpheus Blackman died on April 18, 1966 at Peru, Miami County, Indiana, at age 55.²

     Grace Marie Blair was born on November 9, 1887 at Cardington, Marion County, Ohio.¹ She was the daughter of H. L. Blair and Mary Baker.¹ Grace Marie Blair married, at age 18, George Joseph Lehner, age 20, son of Christian F. Lehner and Catherine Dorothy Kuehner, on Wednesday, June 20, 1906 at Cardington, Marion County, Ohio, .¹ Grace Marie Blair died on January 1, 1968 at Marion, Marion County, Ohio, at age 80.²

     Conrad Bloss was born in 1719/20 at Stuttgart, Germany. He married Anna Magdalena Daubenspeck, daughter of Johan Georg Daubenspeck and Anna Dorthea Wylly, in 1742/43 . Conrad Bloss began military service about 1776 as a soldier in the American Revolution.¹ He died on August 27, 1776 in the battle of Long Island, New York.

     Elizabeth Bluett was born in 1450 at Holcombe Rogus, Devon, England.¹ She was the daughter of William Bluett. Elizabeth Bluett married John FitzJames before 1476 at England .¹ Elizabeth Bluett died in 1512 at England.

     Adolphus Christoph Boblenz was born on May 28, 1828 at Saxony, Germany.² He was the son of Johann Christian Boblenz and Christiene Wilhelmine Schribe.¹ Adolphus Christoph Boblenz immigrated on July 17, 1852 to USA aboard the "Elizabeth" out of Bremen.³ He married Magdalena Mochel, daughter of Michael Mochel and Magdalena Heimlich, on March 3, 1859 at Richland Township, Cardington, Marion County, Ohio. Adolphus Christoph Boblenz died on May 7, 1865 at Richland Township, Marion County, Ohio, at age 36. He was buried at Berringer Cemetery - Richland Townshp, Marion County, Ohio.

     Caroline Boblenz was born in 1871 at Big Island Township, Marion County, Ohio. She was the daughter of Albert Frederick Boblenz and Sophia Rebecca Kiest. Caroline Boblenz married George Reiselt about 1891 .

     Cheryl Lyn Boblenz is the daughter of Jerald Lee Boblenz and Linda Stevens.

     Christian Frederich Boblenz was born on May 24, 1808 at Grossneuhausen, Saxony-Wiemar, Germany. He was the son of Johann Christian Boblenz and Eva Sophia Ahlert. Christian Frederich Boblenz died on August 8, 1811 at Grossneuhausen, Saxony-Wiemar, Germany, at age 3.

     Christian Harold Boblenz was born in 1902. He was the son of Albert Frederick Boblenz Jr. and Ida Mae Wynn. Christian Harold Boblenz worked between 1924 and 1961 as a Foreman for the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad. He married Dorothea Hecker in 1927 at Marion County, Ohio, . Christian Harold Boblenz died on March 10, 1979 at Marion, Marion County, Ohio. He was buried on March 14, 1979 at Meeker Cemetery, Marion County, Ohio.

will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Boyd Funeral Home.

The Rev. C. L. Fuqua will conduct the service followed by burial in Meeker Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home
from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. The family's favorite charity in the American Cancer Society.

Mr. Boblenz died Saturday afternoon at Marion General Hospital after being in failing health for 4 years.

He married Dorothea Hecker Boblenz in Marion in 1927. She survives. He was a foreman for the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad
for 37 years retiring in 1961. He was a life member of the Meeker Sportsman Club.

In addition to his widow, he leaves a son, Wayne Boblenz of Big Island; a brother, Richard of Espyville, and 2
grandchildren.¹

     Christian Michael Boblenz was born on December 18, 1859 at Richland Township, Cardington, Marion County, Ohio.¹ He was the son of Adolphus Christoph Boblenz and Magdalena Mochel. Christian Michael Boblenz was baptized on January 22, 1860 at St. John Lutheran Church, Cardington, Marion County, Ohio.¹ He died on December 17, 1880 at Richland Township, Marion County, Ohio, at age 20 of Tuberculosis. He was buried after December 17, 1880 at Saint Pauls Lutheran Cemetery, Richland Township, Marion County, Ohio.

Inscription on his tombstone, written in an archaic form of German, probably reads something close to this:

     Christiane Elisabeth Boblenz was born on December 27, 1787. She was the daughter of Johann Christian Boblenz and Eva Sophia Ahlert.

     Christiene Philipinne Boblenz was born on October 20, 1827 at Grossneuhausen, Saxony-Weimar, Germany. She was the daughter of Johann Christian Boblenz and Christiene Wilhelmine Schribe.
